Terms & Conditions

By using the services of Ahlan International Luxury Transport FZCO (“Ahlan”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your use of our transportation services, website, and all related interactions.

1. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings must be made through our official website, email, phone, or through an authorized representative.
• Bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receiving a formal confirmation from Ahlan.
• Ahlan reserves the right to decline or reschedule any booking based on operational constraints or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Service Usage

• Clients must ensure that all booking details (pickup and drop-off locations, date, time, flight details, etc.) are accurate.
• The client is responsible for the behavior of all passengers and liable for any damage caused to the vehicle.
• Smoking, illegal activities, and unsafe behavior are strictly prohibited inside our vehicles.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Prices quoted include fuel, tolls (Salik), and professional chauffeur service unless otherwise stated.
• Payment must be made in advance or as per agreed credit terms.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice in case of changes in government fees, taxes, or fuel surcharges.

4. Waiting Time & Additional Charges

• Airport transfers include up to 1Hour 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time after flight landing.
• Other pickups include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time.
• Additional waiting time will be charged at the applicable hourly rate.
• Extra stops, changes in route, or delays caused by the client may result in additional charges.

5. Cancellation Policy

• If the booking is cancelled 72 hours or more before the service time: Free of charge.
• If the booking is cancelled less than 48 hours before the service time: 50% of the trip amount will be charged.
• If the booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the service time: 100% of the trip amount will be charged.

6. Liability

• Ahlan is not liable for delays caused by traffic conditions, weather, accidents, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.
• While every effort is made to provide the requested vehicle, we reserve the right to substitute with an equivalent vehicle if necessary.

7. Confidentiality & Data Privacy

• All client data and booking information are treated as confidential.
• We do not share, sell, or disclose any client information to third parties unless required by law.
